Abbla Unique was one of the finest finalists of the 2018 Vodafone Icon competition; she won the hearts of music fans across the country but unfortunately couldn’t make it to the finals to eventually pick the coveted prize.
The talented singer then went off the scene right after the competition and later started appearing in music videos and on fashion runways. Her latest video vixen gig was in Darkoo’s joint record with Black Sherif titled ‘’Always’’. The switch has left fans’ eyebrows raised on whether the versatile singer has completely stopped the music and found love in other departments of the creative space; more whispers led her to finally emerge and speak to calm her fans’ nerves down.
She granted an exclusive interview on the Ride and Chat show on YouTube where she narrated how life has been for her, combining education, working and also the trauma of being robbed on several occasions on Legon Campus and other towns within Accra.
She announced her readiness to unveil new singles as precursors for her full body of work, all scheduled for this year.
