Addi Self tells the inspiration behind his stage name – watch here

Former member defunct music group, Jafaro Mohammed known in the showbiz ecosystem as Addi Self, has come out to share the inspiration and secret behind his stage name.

Detailing the inspiration behind his name in recent interview on Ahosepe Show on Adom TV with Sista Sandy, the Ghanaian talented singer and songwriter revealed that, his stage name is culled out from the phrase “Addicted to my Self” which means he will not tolerate anything or anybody that is likely to obstruct them in their pursuit.

“Addi Self simply means -Addicted to my Self- so I abbreviated it to -Addi Self- to serve as an inspiration for others who are battling to accept and believe in themselves.”

Addi Self, is a Ghanaian talented singer and songwriter, born on 19th September 1992, he developed a love for Dancehall music at his tender age. He is been influenced, by Keith Blair ( Anthony B ), and many other talented stars.

In March, the national Zongo youth ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu who also spearheads the affair at the Afro-Arab Group of companies as Chairman joined hands with the sensational Musician to launch his debut album ‘Zongo To BBC’. The debut album packed with 15 songs featured sensationalsinger Mugeez of R2Bees and Kelvynbwoy among others.
