Vociferous Broadcaster and radio presenter, Mugabe Maase has on today 29th March 2021 called on the Ghana Police Service to arrest Public Relations Officer ( PRO) of the National Lottery Authority ( NLA), Razak Kojo Poku.
The Presenter was reacting to an audio leaked by member of Parliament and financier of the ruling New Patriotic Party ( NPP) government, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong which the PRO is heard threatening to deal with privately owned Lottery Companies in the country.
In the said secretly recorded audio tape, Razak Kojo Poku among other things described activities of the companies as nonsensical, vowing to collapse them.
He also stated emphatically and unequivocally that even President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo cannot challenge him at the NLA.
Mugabe reacting to the comments by the Lottery Authority’s PRO, on his ” INSIDE POLITICS” Show on Power FM pointed out that the Inspector General of Police must make sure he is arrested within 24 hours.
He believes that his comment daring and challenging the Head of State is a serious issue and threat.
According to him, he doesn’t understand why, he Razak Kojo Poku is feeling like a boss when he has known him all his life to be a nobody.
” I’m calling on the Inspector General of police and the CID, my own uncle to arrest Razak Kojo Poku. His comments are serious. He shouldn’t be allowed to see the next day without being arrested” Mugabe fumed.
