Gifty Adorye popularly known as ‘Empress Gifty‘ in the Gospel Industry gets installed as a chief in the Igbo Community in Ghana.
The event which happened at the Afua Sutherland Park, Accra had the presiding king of the Igbo Community in Ghana, Dr Amb Chukwudi Ihenetu conferred Empress Gifty with the chieftaincy name ‘Chief Ugo Nma’.
Many dignitaries were in attendance to witness and celebrate with the new chief of the Igbo Community in Ghana. The ceremony was also to celebrate the New Yam Festival and the 10th anniversary of the Igbo throne in Ghana.
Chief Ugo Nma Empress Gifty pledges commitment to the Igbo Community and is determined to portray their culture in a positive way.
