Ashanti Gold defender Samed Mohammed has laid into Hearts of Oak for using black magic ‘juju’ during their matchday 19 clash in Obuasi.
According to Samed, he witnessed the 19 times league champions using juju in Ashanti Gold’s 1-0 win over the Phobians at the Len Clay Sports Stadium.
The left-back in an audio aired on Kessben Fm said, “For a club like Hearts of Oak to be using Juju on the field? No, it’s not good.”
The speedster continued, “I saw everything myself that’s why I was fighting with them. That’s Africa sometimes they do things you don’t understand. For me, I think it’s normal but I won’t take it lightly when it happens like this. It is not real for a team like Hearts of Oak to be using juju on the field.”
Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak is positioned 4th on the table with 30 points whereas Ashanti Gold sits 8th with 26 points.
