Entertainment and music critic Mr Logic has disagreed with ace music producer Kwame Mickey over his recent comment.
Kwame Mickey had earlier stated that Ghana will produce in the next five years, artistes bigger than the likes of Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Kuami Eugene etc.
Speaking on Hitz FM’s ‘DaybreakHitz’, the critic held the view that the likes of the aforementioned artistes didn’t start working just yesterday.
”Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy and the likes didn’t just start working yesterday. They’ve been working since. Do you know how long Stonebwoy had to serve Samini? Where was Kwame Mickey then? ”
he quizzed.
He further stressed out that no artistes can be bigger than the Shatta Movement boss in the next five years as he didn’t use such years to build his brand.
”Shatta Wale was once Bandana o. How will an artiste come and be bigger than him with just 5 years? Did he use 5 years to build his brand?”
he continued.
