3Music Networks has announced the 3Music Awards 2022 timeline, which will see the award’s board make some substantial and significant adjustments to its awards procedure in order to reflect the award’s continuous dedication to evolving with the musical landscape.
The producers of the awards ceremony have been consistent with a tradition of running compelling and intriguing campaigns to assert the annual themes of the 3Music Awards.
The three-month schedule, according to Sadiq Abu Abdulai, Music Executive and CEO of 3Music Networks, will begin with activities and major activations that will precede and culminate with the 5th edition of the annual music’s biggest night.
According to the timeline, events will officially commence this January with plaque presentations to talents who won in their respective categories at the edition. A board reconstitution, board review meeting, and series of board meetings would be held to ensure that the awards rules and guidelines are transparent and equitable.
The official nominees for the 5th edition of the awards ceremony will be announced in February. It would be followed by a voting campaign and an industrial development program with their partners, HD+. In addition, a television show titled “Road to # MusicAwards22” will premiere. Executions will appear on partner TV channels & across digital & social platforms ahead of the nominees announcement.
March will be the hub of Women’s Brunch (6th March), Fan Festival (13th March), and the main 3Music awards night on 26th March.
