Ghanaian rapper and CEO of Sarkcess Music, born Michael Owusu Addo, known popularly in the showbiz industry as Sarkodie has revealed what triggered him to school a fan who made a negative comment about Mayback Music act and American rapper, Wale.
Sarkodie had earlier lost his cool on social medai, Twitter specifically after a fan said that he has given Wale a career by him on his ‘Fireworks’ song off his newly dropped ‘No Presure’ album.
Appearing in an interview on Accra based radio station, Hitz FM’s ‘DaybreakHitz’, he noted that he working with his colleague from the States was organic.
He says the collaboration came after he sent the American rapper a message in his dm, expressing his love for his music.
According to him, the Mayback Music act sent his verse after he had sent his to him.
”Working with @wale was so organic. I DMed him and told him I love his music. Then I told him I wanted to do a track with him. I sent my verse and he also sent his. So I couldn’t keep quiet when a fan came to spew bad vibes”
he said.
