Award-winning rapper Sarkodie has unveiled itinerary and a star-studded artist lineup for his highly anticipated ‘Rapperholic The Homecoming.’
Scheduled for the 27th of September 2025, the forthcoming concert will held at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi. Since its debut over a decade ago, the rapper is taking the rapperholic train to his home region for the first time.
In an interview on Onua TV’s ‘Onua Showtime,’ Sarkodie disclosed that his intuition inspired him to host the homecoming in the Asante Kingdom.
Rapperholic is an annual concert series organized by the renowned African rapper, Sarkodie. The concert, which is always held on December 25 every year, is highly anticipated by fans and showcases Sarkodie’s music and performances alongside other top-rated artists.
This year’s edition of the popular festival will be more fun and memorable as it features a series of programs including ‘Kumasi Rising- a panelled music, tourism and media dialogue before the main event.
Shatta Wale, Medikal, OlivetheBoy, Kofi Kinaata, Gyakie, Efya, Kofi Jamar, Lalid, Donzy, Oseikrom Sikanii, Jay Bahd, etc are among the heavyweights billed to perform.
Meanwhile, Sarkodie has touched down Kumasi ahead of the concert. The rapper touched down the city on Monday, 22nd September and was welcomed by fans in a grand and lovely style.
