An Awutu Ofaakor Magistrate Court,presided over by Judge Rosemond Ocloo, has remanded into police custody, the two Kasoa teenage murder suspects for further investigations into the matter concerning the murder of the 10-year old boy when they appeared in court today.
The issue which happened in Coca-Cola, a suburb of Kasoa, Saturday, saw the whole community and the municipality at large thrown into shock and disbelief.
The suspects, Felix Nyarko,15, and Nicholas Kini,17, were arraigned before the magistrate court for allegedly conspiring to kill the stage four pupil, Ishmael Mensah, after luring him to a near by building under the pretext of selling him a video game where they hit him with a club on the neck before burying him.
The two have been formerly charged with a conspiracy to commit murder and are scheduled to re-appear before the court on April 20,2021.
Meanwhile, a manhunt for the spiritualist who promised them a fortune if they secure a human sacrifice and a sum of GH₵5,000 is underway.
The mortal remains of the deceased has been deposited at the Police Hospital Mortuary for autopsy for investigations into the matter to ensue.
