Ghanaian iconic and influential rapper, born Michael owsu Addo known in the music fraternity as Sarkodie says the composition and production of his ‘I Will Be There’ song was done nine years ago.
Sarkodie’s ‘I will Be There’ song featuring gospel singer and icon, MOG Music is off his newly released studio project ‘No Pressure’ album.
The rapper’s album dropped on the 30th of July 2021 features Darkovibes, Kwesi Arthur, Oxlade, American rappers Vic Mensa and Wale, Giggs, Cassper Nyovest etc- Songs on the 16 track studio project of the Sarkcesss Music CEO include; ‘I Will Be There’, ‘Don’t Cry’, ‘Anything’, ‘Round 2’, ‘No Fugazzy’, ‘Coachella’, ‘Vibration’ etc.
Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM’s ‘DaybreakHitz’, he said;
”The composition and production of ‘I Will Be There’ on No Pressure was done 9 years ago”
he said.
Sarkodie in the song preaches and details the powers of God- He believes his Lord will always be there for him- He says everything will definitely be fine for him with prayers.
