Ghanaian rapper Maccasio is finally here with what he describes as the official jam for the upcoming festive season.
Titled “Basaa”, the jam features “That Thing” hitmaker Article Wan and he happens to be the engineer behind the song.
Maccasio, who won the “Promising Artiste of the Year” award at the just ended Ghana Music Awards SA, recorded the song and shot a video with Article Wan while there were in South Africa.
Directed by seasoned film director, Steve Gyamfi, the music video captures a variety of new and old dance moves from choreographers and fans on the streets of Sandton and Pretoria in South Africa.
In the 2:52 minutes song, the duo play with a few words just to create a dance vibe but Maccasio keeps reiterating his position as the ‘King of the North’.
