Wiyaala’s ‘Get Wise’ Considered for the Harry Belafonte Award for Social Change at the 68th Grammys

Ghanaian singer and songwriter, Wiyaala is set to make history at the 68th Grammys as one of her songs is under consideration.

Wiyaala shared the good news on her X account, sparking excitement among her fans and the Ghanaian music community.

According to the singer, the song titled ‘Get Wise’, featuring Myanmar singer Ah Moon is considered for the prestigious Harry Belafonte Award for Social Change at the 2026 edition of the Grammys.

In her tweet, she wrote ”Wow! “Get Wise” from BEYOND Music Vol. 4 is being considered for the Harry Belafonte Award for Social Change at the 68th Annual GRAMMY Awards: • “Get Wise” (Wiyaala & Ah Moon) • Writers: Ah Moon, Kate Northrop, BK Duke”

Meanwhile, The 2026 Grammy Awards will be held at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, February 1. Nominations for the 2026 GRAMMYs will be released Friday, Nov. 7, 2025.
