Top Ghanaian rapper and Leader of Uptown Energy Music crew, Yaa Pono (Ponobiom) has finally released his highly anticipated studio album dubbed; “Sovran”. According to a statement signed by Uptown Energy records, the LP will see music videos being premiered in sequence to foster good promotion.
The album has nine songs with Ponobiom showing off his versatility on a variety of beats ranging from hiplife, highlife, drill and RNB. “Sovran” features longtime collaborator and close affiliate Lady Jay and new talent on the block, Tee Rhyme. Producers on the tape include Chensee beats, Dr. Ray Beats, GC Beats and Panji Anoff.
Sovran happens to be Ponobiom’s fourth studio album after blessing the music community with ‘Upness Collection’, A.R.T. (African Relaxation Techniques) and 2017’s ‘Faster Than Gods’.
