Former Shatta movement boy and member of defunct millitants, Join 77 has shaded his former boss, Shatta Wale for saying he would be retiring from music to go into new businesses, stressing out that music is not football.
Shatta Wale had earlier in tweet sighted by GBAfrica.Net, revealed that he would be retiring after his upcoming and anticipated GOG album.
The dancehall act announcing his shocking retirement plans which have made his fans worried, stated that he has made enough money to create employment for people.
” THIS #GOGALBUM WILL BE MY RETIREMENT ALBUM.
Made enough money to go into new businesses to create employment for those who still want to follow the course” Shatta Wale’s tweet read.
However, Joint 77 reacting to his former boss’s tweet in a Facebook post earlier today 1st April, opined that a real musician can never retire from music.
He believes the said musician’s throat will still itch him at age 70 if he still has the strength to do music.
” A real musician can never retire O your throat go still scratch you at age 70 if you still get the strength you go do am music no be football…….A great uncle ones told me this and itz real” He wrote.
