Following the release of his hit single “Kwaku the Traveller,” which captivated listeners across the continent, Ghanaian musician Black Sherif has been named the April cover star of Apple Music’s ‘Rap Life Radio: African Edition.’
The African edition of the show, helmed by Ebro Darden of the United States and Luthando ‘LootLove’ Shosha of South Africa, includes headline news from the world of African hip – hop culture while showcasing the genre’s most recent releases.
In this month’s episode, Ebro and LootLove will discuss Black Sherif’s latest single, which follows the release of the Burna Boy-assisted hit single “Second Sermon Remix”. With “Kwaku the Traveller,” the rap artiste became the first Ghanaian artiste to reach No. 1 on Apple Music Nigeria’s Top 100 chart and entered the streaming platform’s top ten in South Africa.
