” Bomboclaat! Ludicrous!” – Franklin Cudjoe Reacts To SALL’s Application For Review Dismissal By The Supreme Court

President and Chief Executive Officer ( CEO) of policy Tink Tank, IMANI AFRICA, Franklin Cudjoe on yesterday described as ” Bomboclaat” and ” Ludicrous, dismissal of application for review from lawyers of Santrokofi, Akpakpu, Likpe and Lolobi also known as ” SALL”.

Franklin Cudjoe’s comment comes after a seven member panel of the Supreme Court including Justice Samuel Marful- Sau, Justice Gertrude Torkonoo, Justice Amadu Tanko, Justice Yoni Kulendi, and Justice Henrietta Mensah Bonusu presided over by Justice Yaw Appau dismissed application for review from lawyers of embattled SALL.

The Panel of the country’s Apex Court dismissed the application, saying it failed.

Full details of the ruling which lasted for less than five minutes would be filed at the registrar of the Court.

A panel of five of the Supreme Court earlier this year, unanimously quashed the decision of the High Court in Ho for injucting John Peter Amewu, the then member of Parliament- elect for the Hohoe Constituency from being gazetted.

Following the quashing of that application, lawyers of the interested parties led by lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata are seeking to convince the Court to reverse that ruling.

IMANI’S President reacting in a social media post yesterday 30th March 2021 after the Supreme Court had dismissed the application, furiously described it as a ” Babylon system” sucking the blood of SALL people.

In his post, he wrote;

” Supreme Court throws out SALL again.

Me: Babylon system sucking the blood of SALL sufferers.
Bomboclaat! Ludicrous! Jah guide!”.
