Burna Boy releases a new single and music video with legendary producer and Mavin Records CEO Don Jazzy’s assistance. The single becomes the GRAMMYs award-winner’s second single of the year after chalking success with an upbeat smash “Kilometre,” produced by Chopstix.
The Nigerian superstar can be heard entering the track amid light guitars and airy synth rhythms. It’s a lighthearted song accompanied by a new music video that follows Burna and Don Jazzy as they hang out with the youngsters. All of the happiness, however, is offset by a parallel plot line about a violent battle to determine who is the king of the local streets.
Burna is preparing for a spate of worldwide engagements, including a special appearance at London’s O2 Arena on August 27, New York City’s Governor’s Ball on September 26, and a headlining performance at the Hollywood Bowl on October 8.
