Boomplay are calling on all Nigerian University students to participate and showcase their passion for music in their Boomplay Campus Music Star contest – the deadline for submissions is 23 October.
Theme: “Your Voice, Your Passion” forms part of the company’s vision to provide a platform for undiscovered musicians and enable them to take their craft to the next level. It is being conducted in collaboration with the app sharing service SHAREit Lite and the short video app Vskit.
The contest is divided into three stages: qualifying stage, semi-final stage and grand finale. Participants stand a chance of winning ₦10m in prizes. In the Qualifying Stage, entries will be judged by a jury and the popularity of participant’s videos posted on Instagram combined. The top 50 contestants will move on to the second stage.
How to Participate?
- Step 1: Record a singing video of yourself
- Step 2: Post the video to your Instagram with the hashtag #BoomplayCampusMusicStar
- Step 3: Visit www.boomplay.com/campus, upload the Instagram link and submit.
