‘Scripts and Sounds’ is an event aimed at celebrating the new generation of young Ghanaian creative in music, culture and arts. This year’s edition will feature performances and exhibitions by talented emerging young artists.
“We are trying to focus more on giving people an unforgettable experience this time round. The event will be in two parts – poetry performances in the late afternoon and live music performances in the evening,” said Maud Hotor, organizer of Scripts & Sound.
The event will also host an art exhibition by young Ghanaian Photographer, Kwame Koda and other talented creatives. This will be alongside merch sale by Ghanaian art and street wear brands, and games powered by Kimoji.
Performing live at the third edition of Scripts & Sound this year are Herman Suede,Phronesis, Marince Omario, Klu, Broni, Kwame Yesu, Dr. Laylow, Fjace, Copta and many others along with poetry performances by David Chiderah, Ekow Mclean, Captain Dex and Luiski the poet.
Scripts & Sound is an annual music, art and culture festival organized by The Hotor Entertainment. The festival is aimed at highlighting and elevating the growing and exciting new generation of African talents through music and sociocultural experiences.
