Dancehall Pioneers, Popcaan And Kranium Plump For Fast Rising Dancehall Artiste J. Derobie

Jamaican Reggae and dancehall icons who are exceptionally important and portray good reputation in the entertainment fraternity, Popcaan and Kranium have lauded fast rising Ghanaian Dancehall artiste, J. Derobie for conjoining lyrics to deliver a masterpiece tune tagged ”Poverty”.

The Nungua-based up and coming dancehall artist J Derobie encountered his breakthrough after recording himself live amidst singing few lines of his much anticipated debut single which rapidly circulated to a large audience on the internet.

Dancehall artiste, J Derobie’s gravitational force of his undiluted talent attracted Nigerian based Ghanaian hiplife singer, Mr. Eazi’s initiative, ‘Empawa Africa’ which was adamant in sponsoring the young artiste to assemble and release the visual components of his single, ”Poverty”.

The Jamaican dancehall behemoths, Kranium and Popcaan took to their verified Twitter account to endorse and expressed their pleasure in the new Ghanaian young dancehall artiste, Derobie’s hard work, with the caption ”fire works to the new dancehall artiste from Ghana” and ”praise to the new Ghanaian dancehall artiste, dope record” respectively.

The released video for his single within a space of 7days has already garnered over 170,000 views on YouTube which is an overwhelming figure for a fast rising dancehall artiste, J. Derobie, alongside the audio which is also enjoying the much desired airwaves on various Ghana broadcasting networks.
