Celebrated Ghanaian music video director Salifu Abdul Hafiz popularly known as Director Hafiz was over the weekend honoured by Ladies In Media, organizers of the 2021 Media Expo Project.
Salifu Abdul Hafiz is the Founder and Creative Director of Digital Creative Media, a video production company and a creative agency that has created visual content for USAID, BBC, UN, GOVERNMENT OF GHANA, BetPawa, Tullow oil and many others.
They’ve shot videos for local and international artistes like Hollywood Superstar Idris Elba, Mr Eazi, FuseODG, Sarkodie, E.L, King Promise, Joe Boy, Guiltybeatz, Obrafour, Kojo Antwi, Stonebwoy and many more.
Speaking at the Seminar, the young genius cited key reasons why creatives should focus on achieving quality and detailed videos.
Reasons like brand visibility, business opportunities, promotion and clarity in artistic expressions were discussed.
He further urged young creatives to equip themselves with the necessary skillset and also be updated with the recurrence of technology in order to stay ready for every challenge they meet.
The founder of LADIES IN MEDIA, Nana Akua expressed her gratitude to the director for being an inspiration to the youth and having dedicated time to share his experience with the attendees.
