Djoe Black’s ‘’Makola To Kaneshie’’ Video Elevating Tourism.

Ghanaian Afro-Highlife, Reggae Dancehall, and JuJu Music Artist Djoe Black has released a sensational visual and a fun dance song intended to promote tourism in Ghana by sharing Ghana’s beautiful culture and people with the world dubbed “Makola To Kaneshie”.

As a way of inculcating a sense of patriotism on the minds of Africans and Ghanaian living in the diaspora across the globe, born Daniel Kwadjo Addo shot his ”Makola To Kaneshie” music video at some notable tourist site within the Accra Metropolis, thus, James Town where the famous annual ”Charlewote” festival was being staged.

Directed by SOBA, the video also captured Chorkor, the aerial view of the Black Stars Square, popularly known as Independence Square, Independence Ark, Stadium and some vicinities within Osu that has been illustrious and played a pivotal role in the history and making of Ghana.

The lyrics of the song were coined from the day-to-day terms and jargons used by the Ghanaian native including, ”Trotro” which is used to address public transport of better still Troski.

Daniel Kwadjo Addo, known is showbiz as DJoe Black’s garnered his motivation and influence Gyedu-Blay Ambolley and Fela in Africa and internationally recognized musician, Bob Marley, Beenie Man, Elephant Man, and Shabba Ranks from Jamaica.

DJoe Black’s latest songs ”Makola To Kanashie” featuring Dynamite and ”Kelewele” share Ghana’s beautiful culture and people within the diaspora. It also has the objective of advocating for the Year of Return initiative launched by the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.
