Celebrated Ghanaian actor John Dumelo who has being involved with the erstwhile NDC government prior to their infamous defeat in the 2016 pools is tipped to meet soon-to-be sworn into office special prosecutor Mr. Martin Amidu over his alleged v8 saga.
On Monday 19th of February, Odeneho Nana Oppong the Director in charge of Transport and Logistics at the Flagstaff House has hinted, John Dumelo and others will face the Special Prosecutor, Mr. Martin Amidu over allegations hanging on them with respect to how they acquired state owned vehicles illegally.
He noted that even though government has gain access of Dumelo’s alleged ‘stolen’ car, he will face Amidu for questions so will other journalist.
Speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’ hosted by Akwasi Aboagye, he said, “We now have enough evidence of his illegal acquisition of the cars. John Dumelo together with other journalists will face the Special Prosecutor.”
