Held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, music’s biggest stars hit the red carpet on premiere night Sunday for the industry’s most coveted scheme. The Ghanaian international musicians were captured on the red carpet dressed dressed in carefully designed outfits , connecting with some of the top gatekeepers and talents in the American music industry.

Stonebwoy was seen having a positive moment with award-winning global pop superstar, Taylor Swift. The two were captured exchanging pleasantries as they made their way to the arena for the main event. He was also seen with Grammy Awards SEO Harvey Mason Jr. a few months after they met in Rwanda.

Additionally, he was spotted with well-known musicians and gatekeepers in the American music industry, like Fat Joe, Golden Barbie, Dsmoke, Anderson.Paak, Lil Baby, and others, while Rocky Dawuni, who was nominated for Bes Global Music Performance, Edem and KiDi also took the opportunity to establish business relationship with some of the influential and renowned industry players in America.

The night honoured “artistic achievement, technical proficiency and overall excellence in the recording industry, without regard to album sales or chart position.” It also recognized the best recordings, compositions, and artists of the eligibility year, running from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022.

On Sunday night, Beyonce made history with four wins, bringing her career total to 32. Her “Renaissance” win for best dance/electronic album put her in the history books, after also winning best R&B song for “Cuff It,” best dance/electronic recording and traditional R&B performance.

But apart from Beyoncé’s accomplishment, there were no sweeps that left any other winners guaranteed to make all the headlines. The top three all-genre categories went to three different winners — none of them the ones that were being widely prognosticated. Harry Styles picked up album of the year, Lizzo won record of the year and 20th century Grammy favorite got a truly unforeseen win for song of the year.

Besides album of the year, Styles won for pop vocal album; “Harry’s House” also won for best engineered album, non-classical, although that trophy does not go to Styles. Other multiple winners included three trophies for Brandi Carlile and three for the music of “Encanto.” Raitt ended up with two, having won in an Americana category as well as best song. Other winners included Sam Smith and Kim Petras for pop duo/group performance for the single “Unholy” and Willie Nelson for best country album.
