Music critic Mr Logic says the Ghanaian music industry is not being fair to dancehall act Epixode.
According to Logic, the VGMA 22 Dancehall Artiste Of The Year has featured almost all the big acts in the industry but still not being appreciated.
”If @epixodemusic has done all he has to do and he is still not appreciated, then he is in a blind, deaf and dumb industry. He has featured almost all the top artistes. Why are we boxing him in only the “reggae/dancehall” category? –
he quizzed.
Speaking on Hitz FM’s morning show, ‘DaybreakHitz’, he opined that the industry fails to see that the ‘WAHALA DEY’ hitmaker is beyond dancehall.
”@epixodemusic finds himself in an industry that doesn’t really welcome new things. It sad where we are as an industry. Everyday I wonder why the industry fails to see that he is beyond dancehall. The industry is not being fair to him”
