Benjamin Afutu contract extension talks with Hearts of Oak has made headlines since he refused to renew his contract with the club.
Afutu after helping the club win the Ghana Premier League and the FA Cup left the club as his demands were not met.
Afutu who was paid 800 during his time at the club told the club he wanted to be paid 10,000 while Hearts wanted to pay him less than that.
According to reports gathered, Hearts are now willing to pay the 10,000 he asked for, however, they cannot assure him of playing time when he is fit as Afutu told the club he wants it to be inserted in his contract that unless he’s injured he will always play.
