Public Relations Officer ( PRO) of the National Lottery Authority ( NLA), Razak Kojo Poku has threatened to do all things in his power to collapse all Private Lottery Companies in Ghana.
This follows magnificent and customer enticing Lottery services and packages introduced by the companies, ALPHA Lotto in particular.
According to an audio leaked by vociferous member of Parliament and financier of the ruling New Patriotic ( NPP) Government which has trended on social media platforms, Razak Kojo Poku wondered why the Lottery Companies work on even holidays.
He described activities and packages introduced by the companies which make them work on even holidays as nonsensical.
He believes some officials and Executives at the NLA aid the companies in their activities.
According to the PRO of the country’s Lottery Authority, he doesn’t understand why the privately owned Lottery Companies have to draw their numbers.
“NLA is all about draw. Why do you have to go and draw your numbers? You putting that documents for there, putting those useless documents, what was the purpose? To collapse NLA? NLA what we do is all about draw. Draw makes NLA, NLA. In other countries, is our numbers they look up to” He said.
