Ghanaian dancehall act, born Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known by his stage name as Wale has tagged himself as God fearing person.
Shatta Wale was answering a question by Television host, Nana Ama Mc Brown on UTV’s ‘United Showbiz’ as to why he apologised to road contractor he allegedly assaulted.
The road contractor, Mr Kennedy had earlier reported the ‘1 Don’ hitmaker to the East Legon Police Station after accusing him of assaults.
This comes after the act allegedly raided a construction site with thugs.
”Why did you have to end up the Police Station before apologising?”
the host quizzed.
Answering the question by the host on the show, he satirically said;
”The way bloggers blogged the news I had slapped someone, Somebody like me who fears God so much”
