Afrobeat singer, known by her stage name as Wendy Shay has sorrowfully revealed that it hasn’t been easy for her growing up without her late father.
According to the singer, she was only two when her late father died.
The Ruff Town Records act celebrating him in a social media post today father’s day, thanked him, saying she is sure he is watching over her from the heavens.
She wrote;
”Happy Father’s Day to you Daddy Mr Akwasi Asiamah, I was just 2yrs when u left ,it hasn’t been easy growing up without u But I know u in heaven watching ova me Now your princess is a Shayning Star. I love u daddy U 4ever in my heart my King”
