Kweku Flick will headline Accra for his self anchored concert dubbed “Kweku Flick Experience”, slated for National Theatre on August 19.
The concert will be held in support of the forthcoming extended play, dubbed “King of Melodies,” which will debut on July 29. The event will see the sensational rapper, singer and songwriter light up the capital with outstanding performances of songs from his new EP as well as some of his old hits. He will be joined by some of his peers and other renowned musicians who will thrill fans with their distinctive musicianship.
“I just cannot wait to hit the stage and thrill fans on that day with some new vibes from my EP,” Kweku Flick said of the concert. “They should expect lots of surprises as the King of Melodies mounts the stage. My upcoming EP unravels issues about street life and some motivational lyrics to warm the hearts of music lovers.”
“I want to use this project to empower the youth out there, and I always want to thank them for their support, and I want to see them come to the National Theatre,” he added.
Kweku Flick has a unique musical style derived from his desire to sing, rap and compose lyrics with everything happening around him. He is acclaimed for his 2020 single “MONEY”, which saw him gain mainstream recognition. He has received multiple nominations at credible awards schemes due to the success of his songs.
