Lojay and Victony Set to Release New Single

On Friday, October 10, 2025, Afro-fusion sensation Lojay and Afrobeats artist Victony will collaborate on a new tune called Sawa.

On Wednesday, October 8, a brief studio clip of the two performers dancing to the song appeared online, confirming the collaboration. The video sparked excitement on social media by giving fans a brief sample of Sawa’s easy-going Afro-fusion enthusiasm and smooth, rhythmic groove.

Sawa’s release is especially noteworthy because it comes only hours before Lojay’s eagerly anticipated debut album, XOXO, which is scheduled to be released the same day. With contributions from well-known artists including Victony, Feid, Odeal, and Tyla, the 14-track album is anticipated to highlight Lojay’s developing artistic abilities and global reach.

Best known for hits like Leader and Monalisa, Lojay has received recognition for his emotive songwriting and smooth vocals. Victony, on the other hand, has established himself as one of the most diverse voices in Afrobeats thanks to songs like Rosemary and Soweto.

The song is anticipated to combine soulful rhythm with modern Afrobeats flair, as both Lojay and Victony contribute their unique styles to Sawa. Fans are anticipating what might be one of the year’s most notable collaborations as they wait for the single and XOXO.
