Ministry Of Information Receives Parliamentary Approval Of Annual Estimates Of It’s 2021 Operations

The Ministry of Information earlier on yesterday 29th March 2021 received a Parliamentary approval of the annual estimates of it’s 2021 operations.

The estimates will be reflected in the 2021 Appropriations Act to be passed in Parliament by members of the House today.

Key among the objectives of the Ministry this year are the following:

  1. A completion of the ISD transformation project.
  2. The GBC reorganization project
  3. GNA’s Economic News project
  4. Legislation of the Broadcasting Act and LI for the RTI Act.

” The Ministry of Information this morning received a Parliamentary approval of the annual estimates of it’s 2021 operations. The estimates will be reflected in the 2021 Appropriations Act to be passed tomorrow” Information Minister, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah wrote in a statement yesterday.
