MiPROMO Media awards the “Most Promising Media Personality”

The maiden edition of the MiPROMO Media Rave unraveled successfully on the 21st of December, 2018, on the premises of MiPROMO Media office, Alajo.

The event was put together to round off the year in a more relaxed atmosphere while awarding, interacting and networking with diverse media personalities that were invited.

Several notable personalities were in attendance including Black Avenue Muzik artists, S3fa & Kobla Jnr, Prince Bright of Buk Bak fame, manager for Yaa Pono, award-winning video director, Ezekiel Tetteh (a.k.a Stip) of Solid Multimedia fame & TV7,  Den Tinz Some web series crew, comedian Ajeezay, DJ Ashmen, photographers and Gospel musician Chemphe.

C.E.O. of 3 Music, Sadiq Abu and Bossu Kule, online manager for Bisa Kdei and manager for Sista Afia were among the numerous music industry stalwarts that fraternized during the event.

Renowned bloggers; Zionfelix, GhKwaku, NanaArabGH, George Britton, SammyKay, David Pablo, GhyHper and TMGLive also graced the end of year event.

The highlight of the maiden edition of the MiPROMO Media Rave was the presentation of the Most Promising Media Personality Award 2018 to the Enewsgh’s Pep Junia.

The rising media personality was honoured with a brand new Huawei Y9 smartphone after he was chosen from a group of 5 personalities.

Among the 5 shortlisted nominees, that Pep Junia beat included Blagogee, Ronnie Is Everywhere, Jibrel (GhKasa & Y3kasa Tv) and Rob Photography. The five each took home Shoprite Shopping vouchers.

The event was filled with fun activities, including a FIFA PlayStation standoff, snooker tables, good music, a cocktail bar and enough meat and drinks that all consolidated to ensure a memorable and entertaining night.

The CEO of MiPROMO Media, Nii Abbey Mensah, promised to institute the MiPROMO Media Rave as an annual event that brings together various dedicated individuals in the media to honour their hard work, network, socialize and strengthen the ties amongst each other for a more healthier and productive media front.
