Decorated and celebrated Entertainment personality, born Kofi Okyere Darko popularly known as KOD has revealed that he wanted to have become a painter growing up as a child but his mum said it wasn’t lucrative.
According to him, growing up, he was interested in anything that had to do with arts.
Speaking on ‘Upside Down’ on Citi TV, he said that his love for arts back then has made him the prominent entertainer he is today.
KOD says he used to embroider his name on his shirts when he joined the showbiz industry following his love for paintings.
According to him, becoming a showbiz guru and person did not come easy as his mother did not want him to do anything that had to do with arts.
