versatile Ghanaian dancehall act, AK Songstress has sent her prayers and support to embattled actress and video vixen, Akuapem Poloo remanded in police custody, waiting to be sentenced.
Rap heavyweight and controversial political activist, Sarkordie and A Plus respectively, had earlier reacted to the actress’s remand, calling for her release.
Akuapem Poloo had been remanded waiting to go for a pregnancy test before being sentenced over viral naked picture of herself and her son.
The embattled video vixen later last year 2020, celebrating the son’s 7th birthday, posted a nude picture of herself holding his hand on social media.
AK Songtress reacting to the video vixen’s remand in a Facebook post sighted by GBAfrica.Net, ordered individuals who have no pleasant things to say about the issue not to comment as the freedom of a mother is involved.
The dancehall act believes she has been convicted but not sentenced yet, praying that Justice on her case on Friday during her trial, tempers justice with mercy.
In her post, she wrote;
” My prayers are with u. #freeakuapempoloo
Yes, she has been convicted but not sentenced yet. I believe she needs our prayers so that on Friday the will temper justice with mercy. This is not the time to glorify in someone’s misfortune.
Think of her son and be sympathetic. If u don’t have anything pleasant to say don’t comment. The freedom of a mother is at stake.
