Lynx Entertainment signee and young Highlife champ, born Eugene Kwame Marfo popularly known by his stage name as Kuami Eugene has said that his success in the music industry is as a result of his hard work.
According to him, prayers of his parents and grandparents including his charitable works have all contributed to his success.
Speaking in an interview on Angel FM’s ‘YADWUMANIE’ with Ohemaa Woyeje, the singer stressed out that he doesn’t want to forget where he comes from neither does he wants to be blinded by his success.
The ‘Open Gate’ hitmaker talking to the host, Ohemaa Woyeje about his success in the music industry amongst other things stated that he sometimes looks at his success and gets surprised.
According to him, his manager, Richie Mensah sometimes asks him whether he rests following how he is always busy and engaged.
” For me I’m always working, my father’s prayers and grandparents’ prayers have also contributed to my success and also due to the good deeds I do. I’m always working, When I don’t have a show or an interview, all I do is to record. Sometimes Richie asks if I rest”
he said.
