South Africa’s lead riddim rider, NC Dread, has swerved all of us with his latest joint released a week ago. “Bruk It Up”, he titles is a softened Dancehall with tropic house fusion style with a sparsely knitted lyrics for the lyrics to sing along with on the dance floor.
This song is a big switch from his original ‘hardcore’ 90s Dancehall style on ‘rugged’ Riddims, a foundation style for Dancehall he has employed for years. But the style brought on with this new release is sure a new twist to get the attention of the ladies in his square.

The song was done on the “True Loyalty Riddim” by Ziah Records. The Riddim cut also includes I-Octane, Teflon, Fantan Mojah, etc.
NC Dread is a Veteran South African Reggae/Dancehall Crooner who has been defending the genre in the African Sub-Region over a decade. Though his home country South Africa has a populous vibe for indigenous music, there’s a huge market for Dancehall there as well.
