Ghanaian dancehall act and President of Bhim Nation, born Livingston Setekla popularly known by his stage name as Stonebwoy has opined that putting up and coming artistes on a song doesn’t make them big.
The dancehall act’s comment follows perceptions by up and coming artistes that when they get A list artistes on their songs, their popularity and that of their songs would grow.
Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s ‘DaybreakHitz’, the ‘Putuu’ hitmaker stressed out that he doesn’t want then to have high hopes that when they get A list artistes such as Shatta Wale or Samini on their song, it automatically makes them big.
He said;
”Putting up and coming artistes on a song doesn’t automatically fly them. I do not want people to have high hopes that when they get Samini or Shatta on a song, it automatically flies them up.”
