Sam Asari set to release vibrant 6-track EP ‘’Soul Searching’’

Continuing his introduction to the world following Afroswing single ‘Come With Me’, Ghanaian Netherlands-based singer, Sam Asari finally sets down August, 20, 2021 as the release date for his debut EP ‘’Soul Searching’’ on all major streaming platforms –https://samasari.lnk.to/SoulSearching

A collection of six songs including the aforementioned ‘Come With Me’, the EP’s surreal artwork is emblematic of Sam Asari’s quest for unlocking his raw potential and identity as a singer. He collaborates with American rapper, Joe O, aside a pair of producers; Samcro and Lotus JXJO to make the magic happen.

Sam opens up his EP with the pre-released ‘Come With Me’. The Afroswing beaut makes its way into listeners’ consciousness like a breeze of cool air, before the more engrossing tracks like ‘Sauce’ and ‘Beauty out of Pain’ featuring Joe O fill in the void. The former delights in a blast from the singer’s romantic archives, as he reminisces about a mystery girl, and the latter on the risks he and his guest star, Joe O had to take in order to forge beauty out of pain – ‘’a cold foundation’’, he reckons.

The plot thickens on ‘Panana’, a sultry song that has Sam play his playboy cards right, smoothly weaving his way into one girl’s mind with an assortment of lyrics just too hot to touch. He ups the ante on ‘TTD’, domineering the urban Hip-Hop song with much ease as he touches on themes of loyalty, commitment and dedication; all while laying in the fanciest of hooks.

It all comes to a close on the very soulful ‘Melodies’, which has Sam express complete gratitude at this precious gift called life. He readily embraces all what it has to offer – both the good and the bad, as he confidently sings: ‘’Cause after the rain comes sunshine have faith/I will walk through the storm, so yeah, come what may’’.

Sam Asari’s debut strikes all highs, with non-existent lows and is a pleasant introduction others earnestly seek, but woefully fail to deliver.
