Ghanaian dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah, known by his stage name Shatta Wale, has massively supported the Bus Stop Boys in their self-tasked cleaning projects and campaigns.
Shatta Wale and his Foundation donated GHC 30,000 to the Boys to help them undertake their activities.
The artist raised the money on TikTok Live by appealing for funds.
The donation came off on Wednesday 12th June 2024 at Alajo in Accra. Celebrities and public figures including award-winning blogger Kobby Kyei, media personality and artiste Manager Sammy Flex among others, were all present at the venue.
Before the donation, the Shatta Movement President in a Facebook post, thanked all who supported and donated towards the initiative.
“I am so happy for this God bless the Bus-Stop Boy. Thanks to each and every one of you who donated to this wonderful initiative. The Shatta Foundation is here to stay.
