Ghanaian dancehall artiste and President of Shatta Movement, born Charles Nii Armah Mensah has on today Monday 26th April 2021 taken a break from social media.
This is a fulfillment of his promise earlier in a tweet to take a break from social media effective from today.
Shatta Wale had earlier this year urged his fans not to worry if they should wake up to see all his social media handles deactivated.
The ‘ 1 Don’ hitmaker announcing earlier his decision to take the break with effect on today, stated that the reasons behind are best known to him.
He wrote in his tweet;
” I’m going off social media From the 26th of April 2021 due to my own reasons.
Thank you and I love you”
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has hinted that he will be retiring from music after his upcoming and much anticipated GOG album.
According to him, he has made enough money to go into new businesses to create employment opportunities for others.
