During Baba Sadiq’s Sallah Fest which was held in Abeka, Accra, dancehall artist Shatta Wale was seen and heard on stage attacking Stonebwoy for failing to make it to the night after being billed to perform.
Rumours that went viral on various social media platforms indicated that Stonebwoy didn’t show up because he was performing alongside Shatta Wale.
For such reason, the SM boss verbally assaulted 1 Gad during his performance.
Weeks after the incident, the Bhim Nation boss addressed the rumours, tagging them as “preposterous”.
In a recent interview on Hitz FM, he revealed that he didn’t perform at the festival because proceedings between him and Baba Sadiq who was the organizer Didn’t go well.
He explained that the organizer went on to share flyers of him even though it was not part of the agreement they had.
“It is preposterous to think we didn’t perform at Sallah Fest in Abeka because Shatta Wale was also on the same show,” He said.
1 Gad continued “We disengaged because Baba Sadiq went ahead to share the flyers even though we weren’t paid. We were not supposed to be advertised. However, he ahead to share the flyers. He even shared the wrong flyers”
On his colleague’s verbal assaults at the event, he described them as “the insults of my life”
