With his second studio album due out this spring, Tekno returns with a music video for his new single “Mufasa.” The Moonman-directed visual finds the Nigerian talent sitting comfortably in his throne in the desert; before long chaos arrives.
Along with releasing his debut album, Old Romance, in 2020, Tekno appeared on Beyoncé’s The Lion King: The Gift soundtrack (“Don’t Jealous Me”), as well as produced for Drake and Swae Lee’s 2019 collaborative single “Won’t Be Late.” His work has also led to recognition on the awards show front, with Tekno being nominated at the BET Awards and Nigeria Entertainment Awards, among others.
