In recent times, self-acclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale has been on a rampage, blasting colleague artiste and industry players here and there.
A fraction of music lovers feels it’s his way of staying in the news and to promote his upcoming “Reign” album but one of his loyal followers thinks otherwise. The latest artiste Shatta is in a head on collision with is Kwaw Kese.
Odehebi Kojo, a facebook user is obviously not happy with how shatta wale is going about his work and decided to pour out a little advice to him since he wants to see his Dancehall King on international platforms.

“When Sarkodie was about to release his Highest album, he went overseas to sign distribution deals with international distribution platforms such as Sony UK, Shazam, Spotify, and others to promote his album.
He ended up having the second most listened album in Africa on Spotify alone. His album topped almost all charts, and trending on ITunes too. The second highest sales in Africa, Stonebwoy was everywhere internationally to promote his album. His album ended up on Billboard chart, local charts and plenty shows and awards.
Remember these Artistes did all those on their own, especially Sarkodie and Stonebwoy. Now a certain man has all the needed resources from Nana Appiah Mensa and Zylofon, with all the connections. Instead of promoting his album, he is on a radio tour talking about industry players and who he is better and richer than. Who deserves an award and who doesn’t.
You claim you know the game and business better than anybody but it’s clear you don’t even know anything about this showbizz and game. If care is not taken and advice given, his album will end up at Adom FM Top 30 and maybe Atinka FM song chart.
Don’t throw your brains away as fans like sheep and follow blindly and uselessly. Loyalty and love is when you’re able to tell your master the hard truth advisably. Be real and bold and tell your master his style of marketing is weak and bad. He needs to revolute. 😒😒😒😒”
