One of the biggest annual cultural music festivals to hit Dubai is making a big comeback, and it’s bringing in not one, not two, but 16 of the most talented artists from Africa for it. Setting up at the Festival Arena in Dubai Festival City, One Africa Music Fest 2019 aims to “change the way the world views and accepts African music and culture.” Oh, and to make you groove along to each beat.
Kicking off at 6pm on Friday November 15, one of Africa’s hottest pop stars, Wizkid will be performing some of his best tunes including Fever and Joro. Festival goers can also expect Burna Boy taking centre stage to perform new singles such as Another Story, along with Teni, Tekno, Tiwa Savage, 2 Face, Jah Prayzah and Akothee.
The talent doesn’t nearly stop there, as Lij Michael, Khatty Man, Nandy Diamond Platinumz, Harmonize, Eddy Kenzo, Souhila and The Ben are all promising audiences a night to remember.
