Female rapper, Ruth Eno Adwoah Amankwaa Nyame Adom popularly known as Eno Barony after battling and defeating Sarkodie, Medikal, Strongman and Joey B at the just ended 3Music Awards, is set to battle for Supremacy in another male dominated category.
Eno Barony’s ” God Is A Woman” has been nominated for Best Rap Performance Award in the upcoming 22nd edition of the prestigious and standardized Vodafone Ghana Music Awards ( VGMA) 2021.
The announcement was made earlier yesterday 3rd April 2021 by Board and Organizers of the Awards scheme.
Vodafone Ghana Music Awards ( VGMA), tagged as Ghana’s biggest Awards scheme, was established by Mascot in 2000 to celebrate Ghanaian music and artistic words across the African globe.
The Awards night held annually, features magnificent and amazing performances from the country’s biggest artistes and industry players.
The female rapper’s ” God Is A Woman” has been nominated alongside Medikal’s ” Stop it”, Sarkodie’s ” Brown Paper Bag”, ” Flawless” by Strongman Burner, ” Cold” by Joey B and Amerado’s ” Best Rapper”.
