What Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Reportedly Gave Idris Elba As A Wedding Gift.

When Meghan Markle and Prince Harry got married last year, many were shocked to see Idris Elba amongst the guests at the coveted ceremony at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

And while Prince Harry and Meghan Markle didn’t attend the wedding, likely down to the fact the The Duchess of Sussex is due to give birth any day now, a new report has revealed the wedding present they apparently gave the new couple.

According to the Mail on Sunday, Meghan and Prince Harry gifted a piece of art by the Connor Brothers to Idris and Sabrina to mark the occasion. The artwork reportedly holds a £6,955 price tag ($9,000), and features the quote: “Why fit in when you were born to stand out?”

While this hasn’t been confirmed by either party, fans are speculating about the significance of the art, and whether there’s a secret hidden meaning. As for the art? According to Yahoo! Style, the artists have a curious backstory, as “when they first arrived on the art scene, the duo claimed to be Missouri-born twins who had been raised in an extremist Christian cult.”

However, it was eventually revealed that the enigmatic twins were actually British artists James Golding and Mike Snelle, using a pseudonym.
