Self acclaimed king of Ghanaian dancehall, Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known by his stage name as Shatta Wale has showed his gratitude and appreciation to Zongo communities for the role they have played in his career.
The Shatta movement boss had earlier hinted that he will be retiring from music after his forthcoming and much anticipated ” GOG” album.
According to the ” 1 Don” hitmaker in a Facebook post, he wouldn’t have been who he is today in the music industry if not for the support of Zongo communities.
The dancehall act in his post noted that his love for zongos is very deep.
