Amerado Explains Why Turnout At This Year’s Ghana Party In The Park Was Low

Kumerican rapper and host of ‘Ye Nte Sem’ Amerado Burner has explained why turnout at this year’s Ghana Party In The Park was low.

According to the rapper, though the turnout was low, the event was massive.

This year’s GPITP was held on the 24th of July 2021 at the Trent Park in the United Kingdom. The event organized by the Akwaaba Group UK is held annually to entertain Ghanaians in the Diaspora. Amerado, Sefa, Yaw Tog, Kweku Flick, Kofi Jamar, Camidoh etc performed at this year’s event.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM, the rapper explained that the turnout was low as weather reports indicated that there was going to be a heavy rainfall.

”The turnout at the Ghana Party in the Park this year was quite low because weather reports said it was going to rain heavily. Aside that, the event was massive”
